We ship nationwide throughout the USA with UPS Sure Post. Please note that UPS has a delay with delivering to PO boxes; therefore, we recommend having your delivery address as a street address.
*For next day delivery, the order needs to be placed by 11:30 am (MST) otherwise, next day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
For next day delivery, the items of the order need to also be in stock. We cannot control any UPS delivery delays so always advise customers to check the UPS website below for any disruptions. https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request?loc=en_US
It takes 1 day for order processing Monday-Friday. If you order after 1 pm PST on a Friday, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday. When your order reaches UPS, it will be sent with UPS Sure Post.
Hawaii orders are delayed and do take 10-14 working days to arrive.
We send an email containing tracking information to our customers once an order is processed.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipment, please send us a photo of the shipping package the jar came in and the damaged jar. Please be sure to include the shipping label in your photo.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders to consumers beyond the US.

We will happily provide store credit or a replacement product* but, unfortunately, do not offer refunds.
