Shipping Information


United States Orders

All US orders receive FREE Priority shipping via our website, except orders from Hawaii which receive FREE Standard shipping. 

We ship nationwide throughout the USA. At this time we are using Amazon to dispatch our products. Due to their size and efficiency, we are able to get our product to your doorstep much faster (and at a lower cost to you) than if we try to ship from New Zealand. This also means you will not incur any import duties on your order, no matter the size or value of your order. 

We are currently looking for a smaller shipping partner so that we can ensure every package arrives to customers as we intend, with less waste, and more personal touches. Please do let us know if your order doesn’t reach you in the intended state while we are on this journey and we will do our best to take this up with Amazon. 

How long will shipments take?
We aim to get the products to you within 3-4 days from purchase.

Can I track my shipment?
We send an email containing tracking information to our customers once an order is processed.

What do I do if the product arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipment, please send us a photo of the shipping package the jar came in and the damaged jar. Please be sure to include the shipping label in your photo.


International Orders

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders to consumers beyond the US. We do have a network of stockists, and we are happy to send you their details – contact us for more information on this.
