We send an email containing tracking information to our customers once an order is processed.
What do I do if the product arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipment, please send us a photo of the shipping package the jar came in and the damaged jar.
Please be sure to include the shipping label in your photo.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders to consumers beyond the US. We do have a network of stockists, and we are happy to send you their details – contact us for more information on this.

Returns and Exchanges
If you're reading this, it means you've likely purchased (thank you!) or are considering purchasing one of our products. If this is the case and you're wondering what our returns or exchange policy is, here's what you need to know:
Refunds - We will happily provide store credit or a replacement product* but, unfortunately, do not offer refunds.
Returns - We're unable to accept returns but we will replace your product at no cost if it is incorrect or defective*. If you have been sent the wrong product or the product is defective, please complete this form Incorrect or Defective product form.
Exchanges - If you have been sent an incorrect or defective product we will send you a replacement product*. Please complete the form above.
14 days -If you have received a defective or incorrect product we must be notified within 14 days of your original order date.
