Because we’re a small, family-run business based in New Zealand—and we ship every jar of honey all the way from our hives to your door—we’re not able to offer returns or refunds unless a product is damaged or defective.

That said, we stand firmly behind the quality of our honey. If something’s not right, we’ll absolutely make it right.
