United States Orders
All US orders over $75 receive FREE shipping via our website.
We ship nationwide throughout the USA. At this time we are shipping orders out from our warehouse in the USA. This means customers have faster delivery than if we try to ship from New Zealand. This also means you will not incur any import duties on your order, no matter the size or value of your order.
Any orders placed after 12 pm (CDT) Friday, will not be packed for delivery until the following Monday due to our fulfillment warehouse being closed for the weekend.
All US orders are eligible for Next-Day Delivery* at an additional shipping fee of $30.
*For next-day delivery, the order needs to be placed by 11:30 am (MST) otherwise, next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
For next-day delivery, the items of the order need to also be in stock.
We cannot control any UPS delivery delays so always advise customers to check the UPS website below for any disruptions.

How long will shipments take?
We aim to get the products to you approximately 4-7 days from purchase.
Can I track my shipment?
We send an email containing tracking information to our customers once an order is processed.
What do I do if the product arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipment, please send us a photo of the shipping package the jar came in and the damaged jar. Please be sure to include the shipping label in your photo.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders to consumers beyond the US. We do have a network of stockists, and we are happy to send you their details – contact us for more information on this.
