1 cup rice puff cereal (or crushed rice cake)
Instructions:

How can I cancel my subscription if I don't want it anymore?
You can easily cancel your subscription through your subscription portal, or by reaching out to customer service if you prefer. Your subscription will be instantly canceled. Any orders placed prior to cancellation will continue to ship but you will receive no more orders following cancellation. What is MGO? What do the numbers mean?
Methylglyoxal (MGO) is the unique naturally occurring antibacterial properties in Mānuka honey. A higher MGO value indicates higher antibacterial activity, it also indicates higher levels of other active, beneficial compounds in the Mānuka honey.In simple terms, the higher the MGO, the more potent the honey is.

How much can I take?
