Notes on the harvest season
The summer of 2021 brought warm winds and low rainfall to the usually lush Waikato region.
Thanks to the high soil moisture from its riverside location, these rare conditions created a powerful nectar flow for the bees to thrive on.
The result is an ultra-potent batch of Mānuka honey that perfectly captures the unique magic of the Waikato.

Carefully aged since its 2021 harvest to achieve peak potency, we have slowly been maturing it at cool temperatures to reach its maximum MGO level.
This 1600+ MGO honey offers a bold, rich flavor with notes of caramel, dark chocolate, and a subtle hint of citrus.
