We offer free shipping on all subscription orders or one-time orders of at least $75 to the United States.
One-time orders below $75 will incur a flat fee of $7.99.

What is MGO? What do the numbers mean?
Methylglyoxal (MGO) is the unique naturally occurring antibacterial compound in Mānuka honey.
A higher MGO value indicates higher antibacterial activity, it also indicates higher levels of other active, beneficial compounds in the Mānuka honey.
In simple terms, the higher the MGO, the more potent the honey is.
How is it different to local honey?
We are big supporters of local honey and all of the benefits that it can bring, however, Mānuka honey is extremely different, as it is only produced in NZ and has extremely high levels of bioactive compounds (e.g. MGO, Leptosperin and oligosaccharides).
These have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and prebiotic properties not found in any other honeys. Many of our customers choose to have both local honey and Mānuka honey in their households, as they serve different purposes.
How do I use it?
There are many different ways to enjoy our creamy caramel Mānuka honey.
Our favorite is to have it straight from the pack and let it slowly drizzle down your throat. It can also be added to food or beverage (e.g. coffee, tea, smoothies, yogurt, pancakes, dressings etc.).
How much can I take?
1-3 heaped teaspoons daily. It is perfectly fine to eat more as you see fit, especially when using Mānuka as an alternative to refined sugar in your diet!
